Chippenham are another club hot on
the heels of the Valley, sitting a
in eighth place, just two points behind
Rugby but with four games in hand.
By
the time they take the field at Butlin
Road, they will have been out of league
action for nearly a month - with their
last game in the BGB being their 5-1
home victory over Tiverton on October
9th.
Manager
Adie Mings took over the Bluebirds'
hot seat midway through last season,
and they narrowly missed out on a
play-off spot in 2006-07 and are tipped
by many to be strong contenders again
this time round.
Billy
said : "Like Mangotsfield and
Bedford, Chippenham are one of the
stronger, more experienced squads
in the league. We stood up well to
the physical challenge against Mangotsfield,
and didn't let them bully us and we
will need the same attitude on Tuesday
night."
Rugby
have not yet recorded a win over Chips
in their three meetings at Butlin
Road including a 1-0 defeat in the
corresponding fixture last season.
Billy
will hope to pick from an unchanged
squad with no new injury worries from
Saturday.
After
his equalising goal on Saturday, 18-year-old
striker David Kolodynski could be
set for his first start of the season
at Butlin Road.
