Rugby eased to victory against Midland Combination side Racing Club Warwick in their penultimate pre-season friendly.
Warwick were competitive during a close first half but Rugby's extra quality and fitness told in the second half.
Seb Lake-Gaskin rolled in a penatly just before the break after a handball by the Warwick defender before Rugby dominated the second half.
A good move down the left involving Craig Kelly and Nathan Fox resulted in David Kolodynski's back post header being well saved before Sam Youngs smashed in the rebound from close range.
Youngs' second goal was a spectacular one, playing a neat one-two with substitute Lewis Bishop and firing into the top corner from 25 yards.
The match included a first sighting of youth team graduate James Weale for Rugby in attack when he came off the bench to replace Kolodynski in the second half.
