James Jepson has been appointed as Rugby Town's new first team manager.
Jepson takes on his new role on his 34th birthday as the club hopes to return to Step Three of the non-league pyramid for the first time since 2010 in the 2016/17 season.

James, who featured as a player for Valley in 2014, has enjoyed a long and successful non-league career including spells with Kettering Town, Kings Lynn, Gresley, Stamford and most recently AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
Jepson replaces the outgoing Dale Belford whose departure from the club was announced in April after guiding the club to a ninth place finish in the NPL Div 1.
James' first task will be to assemble his backroom staff and start to piece together his squad for next season.
