Jon joined Rugby in October 2015 from Hednesford Town.
The experienced midfielder has a wealth of non-league experience with long spells as National League level with the likes of AFC Telford, Nuneaton Town and Tamworth.
The England Futsal International played under current Valley boss Dale Belford in his Tamworth days after starting out with Leamington.
