Anthony signed for Rugby Town in October 2016 from Walton & Hersham.
The then 35-year-old centre half joined with a wealth of professional and non-league experience having played almost 200 games for Aldershot Town as well as spells with Barnet, Northampton Town and Plymouth Argyle.
Charles was a steadying figure in his early weeks with Rugby but then struggled to regularly feature as the season went on before leaving in May 2017.
Latterly in his career Charles had plyed his trade with Nuneaton, Worcester City, Halesowen and last season with Stratford Town. |
