Chris signed for Rugby in November 2023, joining from NPL Midlands rivals Sutton Coldfield Town.
The playmaker joined a wealth of experience after winning the Conference Premier with Mansfield Town in 2013 and has made over 200 Football League appearances with Mansfield, Grimsby Town and Forest Green.
As recent as 2021, Chris was a Football League Two winner with Cheltenham Town.
The experienced midfielder helped Valley to escape relegation in the 2023/24 season but was unable to prevent the drop the following season after which he decided to move on.
Chris made his name in non-league with Hednesford Town before getting the move to Mansfield after starting out his career with Crewe Alexandra.
After his spell in the Football League, Chris has had spells with Hednesford, Stafford Rangers and most recently Sutton Coldfield. |
