James joined Rugby Town in June 2017 from Chasetown to become the Club Captain, signing a one-year deal.
Dance joined originally as a midfielder but soon found a regular berth in the side as a centre half, largely impressing winning the Manager's Player of the Season.
Dance left the club in May 2018.
The then 30-year-old had spent the previous two seasons under Stringer with The Scholars and scored 11 goals in 49 appearances last season as their captain.
A former professional who featured in the National League for Luton Town, Nuneaton and Kidderminster between 2011 and 2013, Dance also lists Redditch, Rushall and Kettering among his former clubs. |
