Steve joined the club as Dale Belford's assistant manager in September 2015.
Steve was most recently Belford's right hand man during the pair's spell with Tamworth until September 2014.
Farmer is a former Valley player and was part of Rugby's 2005-06 squad, before a cruciate ligament injury ended his spell at Butlin Road, and the 35 year-old has since also held a management roles at Nuneaton Griff and Bedworth United - leading the Greenbacks to promotion from the Southern League Central Division in 2012.
Farmer left the club as assistant when Belford left the club in May 2016. |
