Barry agreed to join Rugby in July 2021.

Fitzharris scored on his debut in a 1-1 draw against Lutterworth Town at Butlin Road and showed his versatility throughout the season playing in defence and midfield.

A steadying influence on those around him and completely committed to the cause, Barry signed a 15-month contract in March 2022 before he played a pivotal role in the club's promotion from the UCL Premier Division South in 2022/23.

After helping the club to stay in the league Barry found first team opportunities harder to come by in the 23/24 season and additional commitments at work led to the decision to mutually terminate his contract.

The midfielder played under Valley boss Carl Adams in his Stratford Town days back in 2016 but was most recently with Coleshill Town after a spell with Bedworth.
