Tommy signed for Rugby in July 2015 after impressing manager Gary Mills during pre-season.
The then 22-year-old was a versatile player who could operate on the right side of defence or midfield.
Glasscoe had a spell the previous season under Rugby assistant Craig Adams and made twenty appearances scoring three goals.
