Joe signed for Rugby in October 2016 from Boldmere St Michael.
The centre midfielder played a big part in Stratford Town's rise through the divisions before joining Leamington last season.
Halsall was made captain shortly after his arrival at the club but then decided to retire from football on the eve of a fixture at Leek in December 2016. |
