Lewis re-signed for Rugby from Romulus in September 2019.
Hayden's second spell was even shorter lived than his first, featuring nine times in a two-month spell before returning to Walsall Wood in November 2019.
Lewis' first spell for Rugby started in September 2018 after featuring for Walsall Wood and was part of the side which won promotion to the MFL Premier Division in 2018.
Hayden then left the club to join Racing Club Warwick in December 2018 after 14 league appearances.
The midfielder started his career with Solihull Moors where he progressed through the youth ranks before spells at Lichfield City, Alvechurch, Coleshill and Chasetown. |
