Jake signed for Rugby from West Midlands League side Wolverhampton Sporting in September 2015 as one of Dale Belford's first signings.
The then 21-year-old forward played under Belford in his Tamworth player and has since had spells with Corby Town & Stafford Rangers.
Jake scored a spectacular first goal for the club away to Market Drayton Town.
Healy left the club at the end of the 2015/16 season. |
