Fazel re-joined Rugby Town for his fourth spell in September 2019.

Fazel originally signed for Rugby in July 2012 from Long Buckby where he had notched 24 goals for Buckby as they raced to the UCL Premier Division title in the 2011/12 season.

The forward had a good first spell with Rugby scoring 11 goals in the 2012/13 season before moving to join the Diamonds in May 2013.

In second spell Fazel featured mainly from the bench and left the club in June 2015 after joining from Rushden & Diamonds in January 2015.

The veteran winger scored over 30 goals for Newport Pagnell as they finished third in the UCL Premier in the 2017/18 season before re-joining Valley for his third spell at Butlin Road in November 2018.

A former Brackley, Rothwell and Bedworth player, Fazel's final spell with Valley came to an end in November 2019 when he became the joint manager of Sileby Rangers.
