Seb
re-signed for
Rugby Town
in March 2012 from Hucknall Town.
Seb's blistering pace, trickery and eye for a pass made him a constant threat to any defence and he formed a deadly partnership with David Kolodynski in the 2012/3 season as they shared 52 league goals between them.
Lake-Gaskin had an even better 2013/4 netting 28 goals and setting up 15 others as he was universally regarding as the player of the season taking a clean sweep of awards at the end of the seaosn.
Seb signed a one-year deal in May 2014 but had a tough season with an ankle injury keeping him out for four months.
After signing a contract extension in May 2015 Lake-Gaskin then disappointingly made himself unavailable for the club for all but a handful of games in the 2015/16 and left the club once his contract expired in May 2016.
Lake-Gaskin had initially signed for Rugby in October 2011 from Worcester City and impressed
in his short
time with his sheer pace & skill
before
opting to
join Evo-Stik
League Northern
side Hucknall
Town in January
2012 prior to his Butlin Road return soon after.
The
attacking
player spent
two seasons
in the Conference
National with
Tamworth as an 18-year-old making
over 50 appearances
and scoring
two goals. |
