Seb's blistering pace, trickery and eye for a pass made him a constant threat to any defence and he formed a deadly partnership with David Kolodynski in the 2012/3 season as they shared 52 league goals between them. Lake-Gaskin had an even better 2013/4 netting 28 goals and setting up 15 others as he was universally regarding as the player of the season taking a clean sweep of awards at the end of the seaosn. Seb signed a one-year deal in May 2014 but had a tough season with an ankle injury keeping him out for four months. After signing a contract extension in May 2015 Lake-Gaskin then disappointingly made himself unavailable for the club for all but a handful of games in the 2015/16 and left the club once his contract expired in May 2016.
