Alex signed for Rugby Town in September 2021 from Coventry Copsewood.
The tough-tackling midfielder caught the eye of manager Carl Adams when playing against Valley for Copsewood in the FA Vase earlier in the month and immediately became a fans' favourite with his work rate and tenacity.
Alex signed a contract with Rugby in November 2022 until the end of the season as he helped the club win promotion from the UCL Premier Division South.
Lock signed a new one-year deal in May 2023 but the club agreed to release Alex in October 2023.
Alex started his career as a striker with Nuneaton Borough before moving into a midfield role with Hinckley, Nuneaton Griff and most recently Copsewood. |
