Aaron re-joined Rugby Town in October 2016 from Coleshill Town.
The then 27-year-old midfielder had an inconsistent campaign in his second spell before leaving the club in May 2017 after suffering relegation.
Moses-Garvey originally signed for Rugby in September 2013 from Stratford Town but was only a bit part figure before leaving in January 2014 to re-join Stratford where he enjoyed two successful seasons including winning promotion to the Southen League Premier.
The dimunutive attacking midfielder is has four full International caps for his father's native country St Kitt's and Nevis.
Aaron was previously on the books with Birmingham City as a youth player before spells with Hinckley and Worcester.
