Joe signed for Rugby in June 2025 from Lye Town as one of Grant Joshua's key summer signings.
The then 22-year-old striker had two excellent seasons with Lye Town under Joshua scoring 48 goals as they played their first season in the NPL Midlands after promotion from the Midland Football League Premier before moving to Coleshill Town in 2024.
Palmer came through the youth ranks at Halesowen Town.
Unfortunately Joe didn't hit the ground running at Rugby and left the club in September 2025. |
