Noah signed for Valley in January 2026 from Sporting Club Inkberrow.
The forward, who can operate on the flank or in an advanced midfield position, joined Southern League outfit Inkberrow in the summer.
Noah is a former Kidderminster Harriers academy graduate who did make a couple of first team appearnces in the National League.
Rubio left the club having made just three appearances to join Southern League side Bishop's Cleeve. |
