Simpson
was a huge
presence on
the field
at 6ft 7in
and made a
great start
to his Valley
career scoring
on his full
debut in a
3-1 win at
Aylesbury
before adding
a further
four goals
before the
end of the
season.
After
five goals
in thirteen
games, the
tall striker
could not
commit to
Valley due
to travelling
constraints
and left the
