Simeon agreed to join Rugby Town in May 2018 from Stratford Town.
The experienced Tulloch can play on the wing or as a central striker, has been at Stratford since 2013 and accumulated 168 appearances scoring 13 goals as they won promotion to the Southern League Premier.
The former Evesham United player joined the club on the road to recovery after a long-term injury.
Simeon scored four league goals in 32 appearances for Valley before leaving the club at the end of the season. |
