Shay signed on a one-month loan deal from Alvechurch in March 2025.
Unfortunately Shay's time on the pitch was short-lived after being sent off on his debut and then receiving a four-match ban which ruled him out of the remainder of his loan period.
The then 21-year-old striker scored five goals during a three-month loan with Coventry Sphinx at the start of the season including the equaliser against Rugby at Butlin Road in October before returning to Alvechurch where he has scored four goals in 14 games.
Shay come through the youth system at Solihull Moors before earning a move to Walsall, making two appearances in League Two for the Saddlers in the 2021/22 season. |
