Sam joined Rugby for his third spell with the club in July 2014.

Central midfielder Youngs made a good impact in his second spell at the club after re-joining in October 2012 and netted an impressive 12 league goals in the 2012/3 season including a hat-trick against Guildford City.

After a year with Rugby, Sam opted to join Premier Division Redditch United in November 2013 before returning to Butlin Road in July 2014.

Youngs left the club in May 2015 after moving back down south.

Sam first signed for Valley in October 2009 just in time to make his debut in the Birmingham Senior Cup game against Stratford Town.

The energetic box-to-box midfielder had a spell with Southern League Premier rivals Hemel Hempstead Town before joining Rugby due to his university studies in Birmingham.

Youngs left Valley at the end of the 2009/10 season to join Halesowen Town and has also had spells with Ware Town and Banbury United.
