IMPORTANT NOTICE 31/10/15
Closure of Blue Chip Lottery Scheme operated by Rugby Town FC
It is with regret that we have to write to announce the closure of our Blue Chip Lottery operation.
The level of membership has declined progressively in the last ten years and rendered the exercise less than financially viable some time ago. We have continued regardless over the past few years, making numerous attempts to increase membership and have continued in order to support fundraising but the extent to which we were able to do this was limited and unfortunately that limit has now been reached.
The final week will be Week 902, which will be drawn on Saturday 28th November 2015 as normal.
Furthermore if no snowball jackpot winner has been drawn until then, the snowball fund will be split into 10 equal prizes (current snowball fund is £13,100 therefore would be 10x £1,310 prizes). The winners of the final snowball prizes will be chosen in a raffle style from paid up members/numbers of the lottery.
We will now not be accepting any new members to the scheme.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the years and wish you all the best for the future and hope that you will continue to support the football club and the Friends of St Cross Hospital in other ways in the future. |
