Dylan signed for Rugby Town in September 2019 from Stratford Town.
The 19-year-old striker signed a professional contract with Walsall in July 2018 and made five first team appearances before loan spells with Leamington and Rushall Olympic.
Parker was snapped up by Walsall after impressing for Stratford Town's feeder side FC Stratford and then for the Saddlers' youth side.
