David initially joined on a short-term loan from Nuneaton Borough in March 2007 and made an immediate impact with a Star Man performance in his debut against Yate Town.

David made the switch permanent ahead of the 2007/8 season.

A versatile attacking midfielder, David has an excellent pedigree in non-league football and has also appeared in the Football League for Boston United. Played under Billy Jeffrey at Stamford before securing a move to Boston and has also played for King's Lynn and Cambridge City.
