Ben joined Rugby in July 2010 and had an impressive opening season with Valley.

An attack-minded player, Ben has had an established Southern League career with the likes of Bedworth United and Brackley Town.

Halesowen Town paid £4,000 for the midfield maestro for his services from Bedworth and Steane featured in Chasetown's excellent FA Cup run in 2008.
