Aaron is a right-sided player who has spent his junior years with Coventry City, where he appeared regularly for the Sky Blue's reserve side during the 2005/6 season, aged 17.

He signed for the Valley in August 2006 after a trial with Northampton Town and the 20-year-old can operate as a right full-back or in midfield. Very comfortable on the ball - especially in the full back position and won the Player of the Month award in his first month at the club.

Aaron trialled with Blue Squre Northern side Hinckley United during the close season before agreeing terms with Rugby in August 2007.
