Rugby Town were comfortable winners at Racing Club Warwick to make it three victories from four in pre-season so far.
Carl Adams' men netted twice in each half with Warwick scoring their consolation goal just before Rugby's fourth.
Adams was still without a number of players including James Hancocks, Lee Thomas and Kurtis Revan and included new midfielders Barry Fitzharris and Max Johnson as well as trialist Jordan Hayward.
Hayward was energetic down the Valley left in the opening period and it was his cross just after the half hour mark which fell to David Kolodynski who controlled and finished low into the net from six yards.
Rugby doubled the lead moments later and again good work by Hayward resulted in a overhit cross which was picked up by Max Johnson and his delicate lob to the far post was nodded in by Danico Johnson.
Dylan Parker capitalised on some hesitancy in the Warwick defence from Ben Newey's long kick to run through on goal and finish smartly.
Newey was then beaten by a crisp strike from the edge of the area by a Warwick midfielder despite getting a palm on the ball before Rugby added a fourth when substitute Stefan Blake converted at the second attempt from Danico Johnson's pull-back after a precise through ball by Josh Thomas.
