Josh signed for the first team in July 2020 after impressing during pre-season.
The 22-year-old Rugby-born graduated from the Rugby Town youth team at Butlin Road and his athleticism and attitude has seen him deployed in a number of positions in defence and midfield.
Thomas helped the club earn promotion from the UCL Premier Division South in 2022/23 and in the 2024/25 Josh was named the Club Captain.
Josh's availability was affected when he left his hometown to go to Loughborough University in September 2021 but did return more regularly later in the season. |
