Jamal re-signed for Rugby Town in February 2026 after a eight-year absence.
The 25-year-old forward came though the club's academy and signed first team forms in July 2018 after graduating from the youth team.
Jamal made a good start to his Valley career under new manager Carl Adams after impressing in pre-season before suffering an injury which hampered his progress.
After recovering from injury Jamal moved on and has since had spells at a number of clubs including most recently AFC Rushden & Diamonds, St Ives Town and Sphinx.
