Tyreace signed for Rugby in November 2024 from Atherstone Town.
The 22-year-old centre back won the Manager's and Players' Player of the Season awards with Walsall Wood last season in their debut NPL Midlands campaign.
The former Northampton Town youth player has picked up experience with a number of non-league clubs including Alvechurch and Barwell.
Tyreace started this season with Walsall Wood before moving onto the Adders.
