Paul signed for Rugby in February 2024 from Highgate United.
The vastly experienced goalkeeper has had an eventful season so far after playing under two managers at Coleshill Town before taking the manager's post himself until he left the club in January.
The 40-year-old goalkeeper is something of a club legend at Coleshill having made over 400 appearances for the club over several spells.
Paul has also featured for Boleshill Swifts, Atherstone Town and Sutton Coldfield Town throughout his long non-league career.
